Pinda detects metal. It’s an inductive probe so can’t ‘see’ glass or fr4.

Use a non-inductive Z probe (BlTouch etc) or do the silicone mod which should get the bed flat and manually set z height. If your glass bed is (well mine is) almost dead flat it might work. I don't know if it's possible to turn off the inbuilt bed leveling process or adjust Z on the fly as with printers running less optimised versions of Marlin. This is something you really gotta WANT.

With a butt-load of mods you might be able to get a glass bed to work.

You'll need to undo a boatload of engineering to get an archaic glass bed to work on a Prusa.  The whole PINDA system was designed to make it easy to print without having to use a glass bed.  You'll need to make a way to hold the glass to the lower bed.  You'll probably need to use thermal paste under the glass so it gets up to temp (messy).  You'll have to defeat the entire PINDA system - go back to a touch-switch that drags the bed.  Probably easier and cheaper to just get a cheap Crealty to use your glass with.

Everything that Dan posted except the thermal paste. I assume you want to print some exotic material that will only stick to glass.

I have a glass bed on my Sovol, would change it for the world UNLESS I bought a Prusa.

Taulman bridge may not be so bad, but with Taulman 645 I had terrible trouble getting it to stick to indigocard glass (on another printer). What I ended up doing was gluing down ordinary paper to the glass with thinned white glue. Left some paper fibers on the nylon, but I was able to wash them off.
