Higher printing Volume // Software support?
Hey there,
we are thinking about getting a mk3s printer, but we would love to have a huger printing volume.
Is it as easy as:
Hardware side: building a huger rigid framework and getting longer threaded rods? Does anyone has recommendations for the huger heating bed?
Software side: Is the Prusa Firmware capable of adjusting automatically to the knew size while calibration?

No, it is certainly not as easy as you described.
The usual recommendation I would give here is, that if you have to ask what has to be done you probably shouldn't attempt it yet.
It is certainly possible but it will have little to do with a Prusa Mk3 in the end. Expansions just in the Z direction are rather easy though. Zaribo even offers upgrade kits for that.
My personal recommendation if you need more xy space would be to go for a bigger printer unless building/modifying a printer is your main objective and reason for buying a printer.
