Anyone using the Bondtech LGX Shortcut?

So I recently decided to try and get into printing again. I stopped about 6 months ago due to having constant clogging/skipping issues with my modded MK3S+ after installing the LGX Shortcut. I'm still having nozzle clog issues after about 20 mins of printing any pulling my hair out trying to figure out why. For some history, I've had this problem with 0.2mm and now 0.6mm. I first reset the printer and did the test (passed) then first layer calibration where my Z is offset by -1.430 which gave me what appears to be a nice smooth layer using 'live adjust Z my way'. 

When I first heard the dreaded clicking form the extruder gears, I tried decreasing the flow and raising the z a bit but that did not help. I pulled apart the LGX and only found filament buildup in the nozzle itself, to which I cleaned it out as best I could. Keep in mind, I don't think I have a nozzle issue per say, and I also tried a different PLA from Prusa but no different. I ended up buying a new carriage and heated bed thinking it's unlevel in areas causing the flow to be obstructed but have not switched it out yet.

I reached out to Bondtech but they offered only modifying my slicer settings to decrease flow. Dropping from 100 to 80 does nothing but I have not yet tried lower. I really think I'm troubleshooting in a loop here where it's a calibration issue or simple slicer setting I didn't modify properly. My most recent attempt was removing all profiles and adding in the 0.6mm profile.

Anything else i can do to fix this and keep the LGX?
