And nice job with the PSU replacement, trying to do the same I stumbled on your post. I ordered LRS-350-24 and I want to put it outside the Tukkari enclosure that i installed. The question is from where did you take the power panic circuitry and if you have a schematic of how is connected. I would prefer to keep the original PSU intact if possible as an emergency spare.

I used this kit for my Bear build using an LRS-350-24:

They are clone parts, so your mileage may vary. I found that some of the crimps were poorly done, and needed rework. It wasn't initially obvious how some of the wires hooked up, and I couldn't find a wiring diagram but eventually I got it sorted. There's probably an old thread or two on this forum that may help.
