About Printer display and interface
Hello, i wanna know if some has made a mod to use a lcd touchscreen, instead of the lcd display that comes with the printer, i guess it needs a firmware configuration but i dont know if the board supports it, it should right?

It sounds like it would be a neat feature, but you may want to consider just how full the flash is on the microprocessor that Prusa (unfortunately, and rather short-sightedly) chose to use. Last I checked it was at 96% full. From the log on Git, it looks like they will be adding some strings for additional languages. This is going to make it even tighter. And maybe they will have in the future (hopefully) some new features or improvements that might consume even more flash space. I'm not trying to discourage you, just letting you know that your touchscreen feature will likely be competing for space with the official Prusa firmware releases.
Re: About Printer display and interface
it is quite doable with a raspberry pi, a 7 inch touchscreen and octopi to control the printer entirely from the touch screen.

not entirely, though. still missing live z, mesh correction/etc and any xyz cal functionality unless something has changed recently, these can't be done through terminal.
Re: About Printer display and interface
I don't think the Rambo could handle it.
I have a Prusa,therefore I research.

I think the better option is just using an rpi + touchscreen/tablet + touchUI. if we had access to the deeper functions through terminal somehow, we could just ditch that lcd entirely.

Or something like this...
