2020 Extrusion Enclosure

Finally I am getting closer to being done 🙂 The next step will be putting the PSU's on a board and doing proper wiring and then extending the top to create a real chamber to keep the filament. Of course the plan is to have it temperature and humidity controlled.

Right now my filaments sit in those plastic bins with rubber gaskets to keep them dry. I added a temp/humidity sensor inside the box for monitoring. The orange/black wire is the connection from the box to the monitoring screen

I need to work a little bit on my wiring

PSU's with Raspi 3+ and 4 Channel Relay which is controlled by the latching switch next to the screen

I like the design. What is the electronic display on the ceiling?

I first build the LACK enclosure because I was interested how well it actually works. I quickly realized it doesn't meet my requirements so I started building this one. I just went a little bigger with 650mm

The lack enclosure for me was a quick fix. I need something a little bigger and more robust.
