Do you mean endstop? What type of printer? And can you explain "wrong place" or what does your problem cause? Or can you attach photo? We need more information and better explained to provide useful help.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Ya i ment endstone... i have an prusa i3 and my x motor has that problem, that the motor thinks the endstone is on the right side, but its on the left so i switched the endstone cable to max endstone and now i have to undefine the min x endstone pin because its automatically standard.

Well, I think you're trying to explain that you command your printer to "Home X" and the X motor goes right instead of going left. Is that true?

Well, its the same with the home function... the motor runs till the sensor triggers and signals that the motor has reached his limit. So here comes my problem. If i do so, the motor wont stop, because the motherboard things that the sensor is on the right, but it isnt, so i switched the cable to max, the oposite side, but now i have the problem, that (because if the switch is triggered, he stops current flowing through, while if its not triggered, the current flows through) because i disconnected the pin, there cant flow current through and the motherboard things the sensor is triggered... i hope this helps, im not that good at explaning 😀

I think we don't understand each other.

One simple test.

Connect the printer to a computer with Pronterface (or other printing software) and command X motor to go right by clicking "+X" arrow at 1mm or 10mm area. Does the motor move to the right or to the left?

I think your X motor connector on the RAMBo is wrong way round. The ordering of the coloured wires should be the same as the other motor connections.

Peter

P.S. Is your printer a Mk1 or Mk2?

I think so too... haha.. my x motor works fine, im sure of that, its only the endstop trigger.

I dont know which one i have... mk1 or mk2...
So, i try to explain it again: the extruder goes from left to right and the opposit around just fine, but now it comes, it should stop to move to the left side, if the sensor is triggered, but that doesnt happen, but if you manually trigger the sensor while the extruder moves to right, the motor stops and thinks, it has reached its destination.

Bdw: the red wire is the sensor

That doesn't look like an official Prusa Research printer but a clone. This forum is only for owners of Original Prusa i3 Plus and Original i3 MK2 printers:

http://shop.prusa3d.com/en/3d-printers/107-original-prusa-i3-plus-kit.html

http://shop.prusa3d.com/en/3d-printers/53-original-prusa-i3-mk2-3d-printer.html

You're probably get better help if you find a forum dedicated to your make of printer or on the general RepRap forums: http://forums.reprap.org/ .

Yes, that was the impression I gained, hence my question regarding the model.
