Slicer settings?
When you start up the app are the settings already correct for the MK2s?

I belueve, In the prusa download. There are two versions of Slic3r. One for mm and one for normal mk2/mk2s.

The default setting are very close to correct, but sometimes need to be tweaked for each model, depending on your intent. Percent infill, brim, supports, thin wall detection, spiral vase, etc should be set dependent on the model and what you want. But the defaults are a great starting point.
