Can you post the STL file, or if not, see if you can reproduce the problem with a simpler model?

I've also had some strange support generation with the newest version (stable release). I have support from the base plate only selected but its generating support outside of a box. This support is not generated in the last release.

I am also getting similar things. I have support on base plate only selected but am getting parts of supports in side an open area of the print where there should be no supports. Picture pieces of supports inside a bowl. There is nothing there that would require support under any condition!!

There is an issue with the current supports in the Slic3r Prusa Edition, where the supports leak through the object wall to the other side. This issue is not that simple to solve and Simplify3D shows similar effect.

I am working on the leaking supports issue right now. I would appreciate, if you guys could enter the failing objects and the particular configs into our issue tracker.

Thanks for the update. This seems to be exactly what I am seeing. I'll try to get something over to the issue tracker as time permits. Thanks again for all the hard work on this.

This issue has been fixed in the Slic3r 1.34.1 beta.
