PrusaSlicer: Skip printing last X layers of sliced object

I have designed a shape that tapers to a fine edge on the last upper layers. It seems when sliced, the slicer decides it cannot do the exact width of some portions of the last layers, so it only puts a dot/small extrusion on the portions. How can I set the output to skip the last X layers of a print (in my case, the last two) when they do not all connect in one smooth extrusion?

Thin Wall Detection should help.  And if that fails, use XY Compensation to add some thickness.

You can also use the Cut Tool in Plicer to remove the offending layers.

Thank you @tim-m30 Thin wall detection did make the top layer one extrusion pass, but created other odd artifacts. I'll learn about Plicer next.

Plicer == PrusaSlicer   aka   Slic3r PE v2.0
