Manual?
is there a Manual for prusa slice or even simplify3d which talks about what each tab and settings do, maby similar to sli3er ( https://manual.slic3r.org/expert-mode/print-settings ) i all ready know about https://forum.simplify3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2367
which talks a bit about tabs but are there any resources that are more detailed and complete for PrusaSlicer and S3D.

Plicer is based on Slic3r ... but new features being added monthly it seems. So short answer is NO.
That said, Prusa has said since they released Plicer there will be a manual, but so far they have not honored that statement.
And S3D isn't a Prusa product, so don't expect to find a manual for it here.
