Re: ColorPrint on OSX

Hi Laurent

It you don't have an original then the M600 code will most likely not work.

Josef has modified the firmware to properly implement the filament change code and unless you are running that then there it depends on the firmware you are using as to whether the M600 is not implemented or implemented partially or fully.

The best thing that you can do is to support Josef in his efforts to improve 3D printing and make it available for all. Go buy a Prusa I3 "Original".

Thx for the condescending reply Peter! However if you read and understood my reply you'll have not made such comment who demonstrate the troll/fanboy behaviour.

Just to clarify the "Original Prusa I3" is an open source design http://reprap.org/wiki/Prusa_i3 than I don't understand the aggresivity in your reply.

Furthermore I build my first I3 before Josef created that store and offered the "Original". I did build it by following instruction from the open source and contributed back to the community I don't understand why you are suddenly so pissed off that some people don't have what you call an Prusa I3 "Original"

My question was polite and I wasn't asking for more. I've accepted the constraint and clearly understood the work done by Josef on the M600. Am I forbidden to read that forum and ask question if I don't have an "Original" I don't think this is for you to decide either.

Hi Laurent

I am very sad that you read something which was certainly not the intent of my post. Personally, I don't see anything wrong in owning a clone (as I do) and also making a suggestion that we should support people such as Josef (as I and many other have done).

Quite obviously you have taken my response badly and I do apologise for that, but for not my enthusiasm for 3D printing and my hope that this technology be rapidly advanced and become even more available.
