Cannot connect to my printer i3Mk2s
Hi all,
I am having trouble connecting to my printer to update the firmware. I keep getting this error message. [see below] I am not connect to the printer via any other software so the com port should be open.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Phillip,
what OS do you use?
Could you upload the firmware in the past? If so did you compiled it yourself, and used the Firmware.ino.with_bootloader.rambo.hex?
can you connect to your printer via Pronterface?
