Z-Screw Covers (Step 4 Z-Axis assembly)

In step 4 of the Z-Axis assembly ( http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/4.+Z-axis+assembly/106 ) 2 plastic nut like things referred to as z-screw covers are used. One of them fits so loosely, i simply falls down and sits there. The other one is so tight, if i screw it all the way down, i can't move the Z axis manually when powered off.

What's the point of these?
What should be the proper.. uh.. fit for these? Do i reprint the loose one or do I scrape out the tight one to be more loose?

Thanks for any input

It should be tight like the second one and you screw it almost all the way down. Just so far as it does not touch anything. It is a dust cover so your motor bearings stay clean.
