Z motor leadscrew bended?
Wanna know is it okay to have my z motor leadscrew got bent? I didn't do any bending for the leadscrew though

❓ why have you got a bent leadscrew ???
➡ there should be nothing bent. the leadscrew needs to be dead straight. if it tends to "bend", than check the length adjustment of your whole x-carriage assembly (there are two m3 bolts at the right side, to adjust the exact length (they are not for tightening the belt !)).

I don't really know how to adjust these. The z axis leadscrew wobbles very minimal and the 2 screws you mentioned is all the way in the x-idler

Leadscrew must be completely straight, are you sure it is bent? When the leadscrew is placed in the bottom of Z axis (motor holder), it should go straight up to the Z-axis-top part, where it shouldn't touch any edges of the circle in the printed part.

Leadscrew must be completely straight, are you sure it is bent? When the leadscrew is placed in the bottom of Z axis (motor holder), it should go straight up to the Z-axis-top part, where it shouldn't touch any edges of the circle in the printed part.

I will check once i got home later. So far the prints come out perfectly without any wobble effects. It must be that the z axis wobbles a bit when the nozzle at the lower area but not at the top

My leadscrews are also bend "out-of-the-box" and scrape on the top plastic parts when rotating.
A replacement from prusa would be nice...

Why? It has no impact on print quality. And yes, I have had one lead screw off centre since the Mk2 was released. Plus, it's nothing like as bad as the Mk1 lead screw wobble - which again didn't generally affect print quality.

A bit wobble when the z is at the lower side, the top leadscrew grind the bracket very little on the right side, but it will go to the center once it has reached closer to the bracket

Well, I guess that this is a known problem (to PR at least)
The holes are a lot larger than they used to be...

I too have a "wobble" out of the box with my Z leadscrews. In my case, it only appears to be the right leadscrew. I only noticed it recently because I'm trying to track down why I can't really get anything to print properly after a month of use. Does anyone know if this could affect one side of the Z axis from being slightly higher/lower than the other side?

That is actually the same on my case here, what I found out is that by adjusting the screws on the x-idler would also affect their top position.
I just noticed that the new mk2s parts has slightly larger hole for the z axis top parts

My leadscrews were also scraping the top corners at the inner sides (towards the extruder). Apparently it was caused by the X axis holders. The slots for the bearings were so tight that I had to insert them quite forcefully and this seems to have pushed the leadscrews slightly away from the smooth rods.
I printed a new set of holders using PETG and now my leadscrews are centered even when the X axis is lowered. However, I can't really say whether this has affected my print quality in any way.
