I am having the same issue with my left X axis motor. Did you get any resolution on what the problem was? It just started happening to me today.

This is not on the upgrade kit, but the similar issue on the MK2

I reached out to Prusa for support via email... unfortunately no response. I think I fixed the issue though, so if you did not fix this, and you are not getting support from them either, please let me know, and I can at least pass along the info. One of the reasons I spent more on the "Original Prusa" was for the support. Maybe I am the exception and not the rule. Live and learn.

Motor currents. Have you tried running in non quiet mode? ie in noisey high current stepper mode setting. Option on LCD display and choice, follow the menu down and select.

Prusa support is not here. Just some plebs like me and the so called elite Pros < that often get it wrong.

Live chat with Prusa is good. They are there 24 hours and can get back to you with a solution. I suggest live chat first and then request an answer here on the peer group of amateur users.
