Y-Axis Crash

When I go to print there are 3 crashes in the Y-axis and I am unsure why. Also when doing the first layer calibration it does not perform how it should and during the XYZ calibration I have had to stop it due to catching the paper. I have tried lowering the PINDA but have been unsuccessful to not have the paper catch on the nozzle. Thank you!

Pictures or a video would say more thand many words. If you have a problem with the y-axis, check the mechanical components (bearings, are they lubricated; no obstacles or foreign bodies in the area of the moving parts; the pulley should tight fit; belt tension about 240..)

Statt zu klagen, dass wir nicht alles haben, was wir wollen, sollten wir lieber dankbar sein, dass wir nicht alles bekommen, was wir verdienen.
