XYZ Calibration Fail; left front point is not reachable

After several weeks of successful printing the printer started to knock the nozzle into the half printed part. After some experimenting and failures I decided to run the calibration routine again. Selftest, Autohome and Z Calibration ran smoothly without any problems.
Also the XYZ Calibration runs through all 9 points in first and improvement loop but the the routine fails with the output: "XYZ calibration failed. Left front calibration point not reachable."

I am not quite sure if I should move the position of the frame along the M10 rods as the probe visually hits all the calibration points.

Bernd,

I had the same issue as you. Take a look at this post of mine:

Is there a gap in the location I describe on your extruder assembly? If so, maybe a zip tie will help you, too.

Hej Chris,

thank you very much for your advice, it is highly appreciated!!

Nevertheless, the problem seems to have vanished... I switched my printer on again today and ran the calibration process just out of curiosity and it worked fine. But I am not quite sure why because besides waiting a day I changed not a single thing...

I checked the zip-ties and they are all tight....
