What caused this print failure (pics included)?
I've been doing calibrations for the past couple of days and I think I was getting really good results. Then I tried printing a vertical container today (think pill bottle) and it failed miserably.
I think I've calibrated my Z height pretty good, here's the underside/first layer:
I've calibrated filament extrusion speed down to a millimeter as well, so I don't think the issue is with that. I'm using Splic3r Prusa ed. with 0.2mm height, stock Prusa filament. Temperatures were 215/55 for the first layer and 205/55 for the rest.
Any suggestions on what the underlying problem is would be much appreciated, thank you.

Looks like you did not enable support in the slicer options, so the middle was printing in air.
Also the walls of the model for the middle are too thin so the slicer did not generate them. Custom design or thingiverse ( if so, post link)?

I was quite sure that I've selected supports, but I did play around with the settings some more after that, so maybe I've accidentally turned them off.
