Weird behavior after using filled filaments

Hello,

it's me again.

I have been having joy with my prusa for a while now. Few loooong high quality prints went extremely fine. 🙂

First some information:

I have replaced my nozzle to E3DV6 Hardened steel nozzle and added the Silicone Sock:

I have been trying to print woodfill, carbon fiber(this sticks to bed too hard for me to handle it anymore, lesson learned) and eventually BronzeFill.

For example this is the woodfill owl:

After printing two prints with BronzeFill I decided to switch back to PLA/PET and that's when issues started..

I seem to have inconsistent extrusion, even after 6 cold pulls and poking around with the included needle. From time to time the nozzle starts to overextrude, causing it to hit infill and shift the bed/x axis.

I have calibrated my extruder some time ago and it is off by 1mm to the underextrusion side.

But.. This doesn't look like it is was underextruding at all. This looks perfect. 🙂 (this was printed before issues)

What can I do? I did so many filament extrusion/change routines it's not even funny..

Print on eof the pre-sliced models from the SD card.

If you have a problem with that, it's a hardware issue otherwise it's model and/or slicer.
