V2Calibration result not good (?)

My V2Calibration.gcode printing result looks weird. The 1st line printing at the bottom left corner is always wide and a bit slanted.

Then when it's printing the first line on the top, it started with wide line (red rectangle) then getting thinner/ smaller (normal?).

I also noticed some residue of thin filament thread came out from the nozzle.

Is this normal? Afraid I might have damaged the filament nozzle/ extruder? I did have issue when calibrating the PINDA probe that it's too high (low?), it caused the nozzle hit the heated-bed and made tiny dent on the surface (when doing the Z calibration on 9 points across the bed) 😮

TIA!

What you have seen is all perfectly normal.

Re: V2Calibration result not good (?)

I may be because of leading extrusion line in start gcode. Its first part extrudes less than its second part (see leading extrusion from X>70mm). This sets high pressure in the nozzle causing thicker line on first few cm of printed object. Normally this doesn't matter as first printed lines usually go to skirt around object.
If this annoys you, modify start gcode to use the same extrusion speed in second part of leading line.
