Re: V2 Calibration fail & print not sticking

Being in the IT field I know that when something works for everyone else, and not for you, that there is something wrong with what you did, or what you are doing. After all, this is a computer(RamBO) and it just does what you tell it too (gcode).

I disassembled the bed and found that one of the center screws was not making contact with the standoff nut on the bottom of the bed.

I wonder why? Break open the package of spare parts. Reset the printer. Check the bed with the torpedo level front, back, left, right, 45' off center, -45' off center, and on every line X and Y. Level everywhere. Running an XYZ now. Crossing fingers.

Re: V2 Calibration fail & print not sticking

After three days of working on this, success was finally achieved!

I reset the PINDA according to the directions in the Assembly guide, then ran the rest of the calibrations. Along the way I also "rebuilt" the filament guide and tensioner. Somehow the set screw loosened up and the toothed guide had slid out of position.

Thanks to everyone who replied and assisted with great posts.
