Uneven Z distance in X axis

Hello,
I have trouble calibrating my newly purchased and built Original Prusa i3 MK2S kit.

The self-test and CAL XYZ show no problems, but when I try to print the V2 Calibration.gcode, the PLA does not stick to the bed on left side of the table and on the right side it seems to almost squash little bit too much. So it seems there's an absolute difference in Z distance along X axis. However by manual checking with paper and Live Z, I can see there's almost no difference in actual Z difference between sides (y=105, x=10 & 125 & 230, live z = -0.560 to -0.582).

What could be the cause?

Thank you!

Ok, I think I've solved the situation for now. I used the gcode from "Life Adjust Z - my way" topic.

First I found about the bed corrections and tried the maximum -50 correction to left and front sides. This made the result only slightly better, almost no change.
Then I double checked all the screws, and found out that the left side of the X carriage was not bolted deep into Z frame, but the left side was whopping 1.1mm ABOVE the right side. Ok, my mistake. But shouldn't the XYZ calibration compensate for this? Also, maybe it is overcompensating some way, since left side above right side of the bed should normally cause stickiness problems on the right side, right?

Ok, calibrated the prusa again, got a first "my way" print done pretty well, only slight residual uneveniness on the front/left side.

Then started to mess around again with bed correction, and then more problems: the left side of the perimeter would not stick no matter what settings I tried. Spent around 2 hours fiddling, only to find out that isopropanol wasn't enough to clean the bed, but 100% acetone was needed 😡 After this, no non-sticky problems anymore (besides the slight uneveniness, but maybe that can be tweaked with the bed corrections. I have to try that tomorrow)
