Underextrusion
I've now got my Z adjust dialed in perfectly for the first time since I owned the printer. My bottom layer is near to perfect.
However, I am getting an Underextrusion issue now in detailed areas of the print. I am printing via Simplify3D with the default profile and wasn't noticing this problem before (in face because Z was to close to bed it was over extruding before).
What can be causing this? I know Z adjust is perfect, i've been going up steps of .005 at a time until it was buttery smooth with next to no ripples over the entire build plate.
BTW I printed the same thing (just one object not two) on my FlashForge Dreamer and it is perfect.
Re: Underextrusion
Noticed a similar amount of under-extrusion on the FlashForge dreamer too around the same holes.
The only settings I have tweaked in S3D on the stock profiles is the number of outer shells to give a little more strength.
Re: Underextrusion
To me it looks more of a model/slicer issue rather than an under-extrusion.
Can you upload the STL?

Re: Underextrusion
Did you found a solution to fix that? I have a similar problem.
Re: Underextrusion
No I didn't. It is partially displayed like that in the slicer, but the holes are much bigger in the print. It was partially down to the size of the feature. When I decreased the nozzle size in the slicer, the preview showed less holes.
However, no matter what I do, the print shows the gaps. I do not know what it causing it to be so bad. I have had to move the holes further apart and make them bigger to improve the print quality.
