Trouble printing overhangs

Hi, I am having a problem with my prints that have an overhang. I was able to print many things that are relatively flat but when something is printing at an angle the underside tends to come out stringy. Here are 2 pictures to better show what i mean.

The frog I tried printing with supports butas you can see it still didn't turn out great. The rest of the frog looks great but I don't know what to do to fix this problem. Is the extruder to hot or cold? Do i need to slow down the print speed? Is it something else? I have no idea if this is related or not but I was having a hard time getting prints to stick to the bed. Adding a brim to the prints has helped a lot though. I am not sure what to do about this and any insight that you have would be really appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Re: Trouble printing overhangs

If you are printing small objects from ABS, the fan is turned off. You can either try enabling the fan from the tune menu, something around 100 should work. You can also try printing more at the same time. With PLA these are easy prints.
