Trouble calibrating - Need help to interpret test results

Hi,

I recently built my kit and I probably screwed some things up, because my prints are malformed (following print is supposed to be a PINDA probe protective hat, which is supposed to be circular):

As you guys posted useful methods to help calibrating, I tried some corrective tests / actions: the "1st layer square" to calibrate Z live adjust and the "9 squares" to calibrate bed levelling. Results below:

I also thought the problem might have been related to other physical issues so I took pictures of stuff I wasn't so sure about (my PINDA probe is not strictly perpendicular to the bed, and filament screws might be too much or too little screwed):

As it's my first printer I can't really tell what's wrong or not: could a kind expert help me :)?

Additional informations:
- I set the live Z adjust to -0.75
- I failed to set bed levelling because I'm not sure how to understand what I got with the 9 squares
- I have speed issues (if the first layer is 100% speed, it fails sticking on the bed, so I have to print it at 30%-50%)
- Calibration routine succeeds with an encouraging message (close to perfect parallelism)
- Blue numbers in the "9 squares" picture are print orders

Thank you for the help!

Kevin
