Result from v4 calibration file

I was told to use the 'live adjust z - my way' v4 calibration file, which is what I've done, and this is happening....

This is a single live adjust z setting (to be clear - I set it to where there are no openings when the print starts, but it seems to be incorrect as it gets over to the other side). What is causing this? Also, even the 'good' side is rough.... I can feel the ridges. But if I pull it back at all, openings appear again (on the first section).

I've done mesh bed leveling calibration... no dice...

Re: Result from v4 calibration file

Hello Max!

Could it be some backlash in x- or y-axis?

A faulty bearing and rod in the neighbourhood of the lines with a gap?

/Henrik

2 hints from my site:
- have a look at the hyperfine bed levelling thread
- make sure your extruder is calibrated correct

dem inscheniör is' nix zu schwör...
