Replacement Part cooling fan

After about 2000 hrs of print time my part cooling fan has decided it wants to retire. Does anyone know where to find a replacement.
Printer is the MK2s

Thanks all,
Leifaroni

Re: Replacement Part cooling fan

have you tried taking the sticker off the back of the fan hub, oiling the bearings, with light oil, and replacing the sticker, this process rejuvinated my fan, until i sourced a dual ballbearing version.

the ballbearing fan came with a three wire cable, I isolated the white lead, and just used black and red

Re: Replacement Part cooling fan

There are several on Amazon. Nearly any will do because the part fan is a consumable due to violence imparted on fan by stepper vibration and jerk. So, I've integrated PC standard 3 pin connectors to the rear of the X-Carriage bundle for easier future swaps. I may recommend two pin voltage style for others though. I use 3 pin because I had them in my toolbox. Much luck.

I like this one. More sturdy than stock, dual ball bearings, and I think a little more CFM. Maybe louder too... But a direct drop in with soldering the wires.

Thanks all for your input. I have blown out the fan with compressed air sprayed contact cleaner in it and relubricated the bearings with no luck, so time for a new one.
Thanks for the link for replacement. Will be on order after submitting this post.
Cheers all
