Rambo electronics LED blinking amber

Hi all,

My printer powered up fine when I first fixed up the kit, but I made a mistake with the extruder cover but could still screw it on but the print fan couldn't sit in properly and so I re-printed another one from the STL and took the extruder apart which meant unplugging the cables out from the Rambo. After all that I plugged back everything like before but it wouldn't start anymore. In the image you'll see the LED I marked that's in green/yellow which seems normal like before, but there's a C58 that's blinking in amber. I tried to connect via USB but it didn't work. The LCD is also not powering up.

Any clue what a blinking C58 means?

Thanks,
Mervyn

Re: Rambo electronics LED blinking amber

check fuse F3 (the one with 5 amp beside the 15 amp one). very likely that it's blown up.
if it's still ok: disconnect every periphal device from the rambo board so that only the power supply is connected and the usb port.

if you still can't connect the rambo successfully to your computer, you've to solve a severe problem with the minirambo board using the chat at the prusa shop site.

dem inscheniör is' nix zu schwör...

Thank you once again for your advice. I unplugged everything and left the PSU only and managed to connect and slowly added bit by bit and finally I realized my stupid mistake of getting the LCD cables in the wrong positions again. Sorry for wasting your time and anyone else's who bothered to read this.
