Prusa mk2 kit dont power up
After contact PRUSA and waiting for a solution, this is my case. Any help will be apreciated to speed up a solution.
After mounting the kit without problems and verify the voltage selector of the PSU (220v), power on and nothing happens. This is the situation:
No sounds.
No movements (motors can be moved with my fingers, so dont have power).
LCD off, buttons dont respond.
No yellow lights.
Green light on mainboard is ON.
Green light on PSU.
PINDA probe red light is ON.
Double check all connections. All is fine. Double check LCD conections, on both sides. All seems ok. See attached images.
Check voltaje from two connectors from PSU: exactly 12.15v in both.
Check continuity on all fuses, all are ok. Fuses from main board an fuse from PSU.
Installed the drivers and connect the USB cable without errors. Prusa mk2 was installed on COM12. But when I try to install the firmware, several errors of timeout appear. No connection to the board. Same with Proterface. No connection. In both cases when I try to connect one yellow led flash, every 10 seconds or every 5 secons, but without no success.
Same test with RAMBo board disconnected from printer and attached to the PC only with a USB cable. Same behaviour, no respond, yellow led every 10/5 seconds.
During a chat with Lukas I try to move the PSU switch from 220v to 110v and back again to 220v, with power disconnected from the wall. I read this in this forum. When I touch (only touch) the switch, it colapse literally. I think this switch was no properlly attached. See photos.
After some work I can recovery all the parts of the switch, but PSU now is unpredictable, so I disconnected from the wall and stop the tests.
I bought Prusa almost 2 months ago. Please, any help will be appreciated.

i see from pic that the cables from LCD you put them wrong to the rambo mini P1 is in P2 place, but i can be wrong

I checked all connections many times... I dont see it. But now I am not sure that this is the first state because I reconnected all wires several times.
With the voltaje switch of the PSU collapsed I dont want to try again. I dont want to burn out anything...
With no switch... what is the default behaviour of the PSU?

Finally I received a new PSU from Prusa Research.
Now the printer works! Calibrated and printed a few models in PLA and ABS.
I need time to do some tests but I think I'm on the right track.
