Prusa i3 MK2 first layer PLA adhesion/tearing problem

Hi,

After about 40 successful prints my prints wont stick on the PEI anymore. All other layers after the first are smooth.

I tried readjusting the Z in various heights, from -0,400 till -0,780, and although this makes some difference, the tearing always happens on the first layer. Z -0,655 seems to work best. (I've also completed 3 complete calibrations, same results)

I am now thinking maybe the PEI is too smooth for the PLA to stick? Would it help if I sanded it very carefully using 2000 grit sandpaper?
For cleaning the bed I use 96% pure alcohol.

Sliced using Slic3r Prusa Edition 1.31.6. On all default settings (0,15 mm layer height).

Print settings on my Prusa i3 MK2 (nov, 2016):
Nozzle: 215 °C
Bed: 55 °C
Fan speed: 255 (max)
Firmware 3.0.9
1,75 mm PLA from Verbatim (PKA-3U5-BA)
Although the original Prusa Silver PLA which came with the printer has exactly the same problem.

Anybody who can help?

Edit: after full XYZ calibration, adjusting Z with V2calibration, it seems even worse:

A similar effect can be seen if the nozzle is a tad to close to the bed or if you're overextruding (1st layer settings).

Now, there's been various reports where sanding the PEI fixed adhesion problems, check Youtube channel: nillabean. Also quite popular seems to be to wipe the bed with aceton instead of IPA once in a while
