Prints Leaning in Z Axis

Hello all,

Overall the printer is working well, but I recently noticed after starting to create taller objects that the prints are leaning a little towards the left and a little back (relative to a person facing the front of the printer). XYZ calibration is fine, no skew in the X-Y plane. I double-checked the 100mm frame spacing (is about 100.02 on one side, and 99.98 on the other - I can't get it any closer than that). The Z frame is seated properly - is fully off the table surface (I also measured to be sure the Z frame isn't tilted to the left or right). I made sure the Z axis threaded rods do not touch the top mounting brackets and are in the center of the holes no matter where the X axis assembly is. I've checked to ensure belts are not rubbing anywhere. I've read other posts describing slanting issues, but I haven't found a solution among them. Accuracy in the X-Y plane is just fine. The offset in the Z plane is about 1.5-2mm over a height of 100mm. I printed a test calibration part to measure the error - I did it twice with the same result using two different PLA brands. It seems like the Z frame is leaning back a bit when using a square to check it, but I see no way to adjust that since it's fixed to the power supply - shimming it seems like it would just introduce a twist anyway. I have attached a couple photos that might help.

Thanks for any assistance!
