Prints bending at the bottom

Hello All,

printed this logo with simplify 3d using the process method to do multiple color however at the bottom my prints are bending and I'm sure the first layers are sticking to the bed properly. any tips would be appreciated.

Thx

Re: Prints bending at the bottom

Hi Yazeed

It would be helpful to have more information but it would appear there are 4 areas you need to look at:

1. Bed calibration
2. Bed preparation - check out Josef's videos
3. Bed temperature *
4. First layer height - must be at least 0.23mm

* for PLA, increase bed temp by 10 degrees (up to a max of 70); for ABS, increase temp to 110 degrees. Wait for at least 5 minutes after temp is reached before starting print.
