Printing Spare Extruder Cover

I having difficulties printing a spare extruder cover. Shortly into the print, when it tries to bridge two of the nut holes the extruder will stick to one of the nut holders off of the hot plate. I've tried adjusting the temperature of the hot plate but it did not seem to make much of a difference.

I'd love any suggestions for this problem, or better yet if anyone has had any experience printing this part, did you have to adjust anything in particular to get it to print successfully?

Thanks

Which material are you using? Could you post photos?

Maybe this post might help you: http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/print-tips-slic3r-settings-kisslicer-model-repair--f12/which-settings-for-abs-spare-parts-i3-mk2--t2500-s10.html#p34958

Re: Printing Spare Extruder Cover

Just saw that you have replied in the other thread 🙂

The cover was the first part I've printed: http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-i3-kit-building-calibrating-first-print-main-f6/kit-without-extruder-cover-t4241.html#p31366

I did this back then in PLA, and used it without any problems printing only PLA until I received one from PR. They told that I should not use PLA when going for higher temps.

EDIT: I sliced the cover with Slic3r PE default settings for PLA @0.35mm. I could send you the gcode If it is any help for you.
