Printer Stuttering on X-Axis (video embedded)
I've been having issues with the printer where I get the message ""Distance between tip of the nozzle and the bed surface...". I run the mesh bed calibration and then my printer starts to stutter on the first 2 calibration point (see video below).

Please...can anyone help or point me to a resource that can show me how to troubleshoot this issue?

Hi George, I couldn't view the video, so it's difficult to help at the moment...
try the Rigid ink help and support page https://rigid.ink/pages/help-support
and
Simplify3D print quality trouble shooting pages https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/
hope this helps.

Re: Printer Stuttering on X-Axis (video embedded)
And thanks i'll check the links out now..hopefully i can find a solution..i havent been able to successfully print yet.
Re: Printer Stuttering on X-Axis (video embedded)
Thanks for the suggestion joan but I was unable to find a resolution from the links you provided. The issue shows to only happen when trying to do the mesh bed leveling.
Re: Printer Stuttering on X-Axis (video embedded)
From the video the printer is looking for the sensor pads in the wrong place. It finds the first one in the circle but then does not move far enough before lowering to seek the second. It then repeats the short move to the right, but not to the correct position for the third sensor point. When it moves the y forward to look for the second row it is still in the wrong section of the bed.
I would suggest you download and install the latest drivers - make sure you get the right file for your version of printer. That should correct the travel distance and solve your problem.
