What do you mean by "still getting short"? Heatbed itself (its heating element) has really small resistance, it may appear as short. It is rated to 15A at 12V, so calculated resistance is only about 0.8 Ohm. What resistance did you measure?

You are absolutely correct sir. I realized how low the resistance of the bed normally is thanks to another post in the forums and was about to correct my last post when you replied 🙂

The heatbed resistance reads 1.0ohm, which is why I was thinking it was a short.

Finally, I disconnected the heatbed connector, put the bed to heat up to 55 and checked the voltage at the heatbed output on Rambo and read 12.02V as expected.

The fuses also all seem fine. Took them out, visually inspected and checked for continuity and then reseated them to make sure they are nicely inserted.

Also, for the life of me, I can't see any live help on Prusa site that people have been referring to in these forums :S

Thank you very much! I am pretty sure I was looking at "prusa3d.com" and never tried the shop website :/
