Print quality issue

Hi,
I bought a MK2 kit a couple of weeks ago. I perfomed all recommended calibration. I got a "x-y are perpendicular" message.
I fine tuned Z axis to make filament sticky and regular. Have a look at the first layer of the prusa logo. Everything looks fine.
Problem arise when I try to print more complex items like the frog. First layer looks fine but then everything looks a bit messy and not regular.
Take look at the pictures, it does not look normal.
Can someone help me to solve this issue ?
Thanks

Re: Print quality issue

Humm... I do not think so, Nozzle temp remains around 210 during the print...

Re: Print quality issue

It is not about nozzle temp. When printing from PLA, cooling fan (that big one at front side of extruder) must start running at second layer.

Hi ! Thank you for your help. I just checked and front fan works just fine. It starts and run until the end of the print.
Can it be material flow that is too small ?
Thanks

Re: Print quality issue

Another issue that I just expercienced. I do not think it can be related to my orginal issue. I always get a heat runaway when I try to print tryceratops skull.
This is what I have found on prusda electronic forum :
Thermal runaway because of print PLA print settings. We were increasing the print temperature to 215°C make the print stick better to the PEI but failed to set the proper temps of 200-205°C for the later layers. This was not a problem on printers with old V6 heater block. But new heater block version is bigger and therefore has bigger surface area to get cooled by the print fan. Please adjust the Other layers to 200°C as on the screenshot. This will be adjusted in the drivers 1.7.5 drivers.

Issue seems to occur only when I print 50 µm objects...

Re: Print quality issue

Looks like it could be under extrusion.

0.05mm is tricky, even with a well calibrated printer.
I would say stick to 0.2 and occasionally 0.1 until you get 10 of 10 successful prints with that.
