No problem at all - worth trying everything and I have learned a few things.
I have a 'razor blade' scraper to get prints off but think this is a bit too drastic so have been using freezer spray and a mini spatula thing but I did catch the PEI sheet with the original scraper a couple of times - when I removed the original PEI sheet and cleaned everything off I could actually see the copper traces, and at least one was broken
I did notice that there was a cold(er) area and perhaps this is why - after a while the heat spreads and the whole bed is an even temperature.
I can put up with printing in PLA until January - and I printed a new extruder nozzle with PLA ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2276997 ) and so
far it has not warped...
Of course if I fit the new upgraded heat bed and still have the same problem I will start pulling my hair out!
