mystery set screw

After my last print, I heard something fall off the printer, and found a small black set-screw, about 4mm long, with a hex socket head. Any suggestions where this might have come from?

As Joan said, heat block is the most likely. The only other set screws attach the pulley's to the stepper motors. Check each of those (especially the extruder (holds the hob pulley on the stepper).)

Or just keep printing, and it will become VERY obvious which one is missing. 😈

It turned out to be one of the set-screws for the X-axis pulley. I don't think I ever tightened it during assembly because it wasn't called out in the instructions like the other one (for the flat edge of the shaft).

I think that also cured some pretty wavy/ridged surfaces I was getting along that axis.

Thanks for the help narrowing it down.
