My poor adalinda

Hello,

I was wondering if somebody knows what could cause shifting like this?

Once I noticed this happening on the same model on the second/third layer, it just shifted identically..

There also are underextrusion marks.. Need a new spool holder..

Re: My poor adalinda

yeah, very unlucky... so close before finalisation.
looking at the feet of the print: you didn't use the *.gcode that came with the printer, so you sliced it yourself.
what's the height with which adalinda should be printed ? remember: there's a limit of 200mm given for the i3 mk2 (even so approx. 208mm should be reached, depending on the build).

dem inscheniör is' nix zu schwör...

Apparently my smooth rods were getting stuck. I use IGUS bearings. I lubricated the smooth rods using some high speed bearing silicone oil and now the axis'es slide perfectly. Will attempt the same print once I feel confident enough. 🙂

Re: My poor adalinda

can you slice at 150mm print the remainder and glue together?

sand, prime and paint!
