My own solutions to skew problem

I was doing a bit of maintenance for the y-axis frame and assembled everything back again. To my surprise is that the skew were too great, the left side was far to the back while right side far to the front.

I tried to correct the skew problem by shifting the left side to the front and did a selftest followed by calibrate xyz. In the end I got an error saying that probe point was compromised, unreachable front probe for the initial calibration. I did twice on them even after adjusting the frame from scratch following the user manual book but no luck.

I analyzed what could be the cause to this, in fact the root was the psu to y axis frame fastener. This restricted the movement for the right side of the y-axis frame.

In the manual it is required to have at least 100mm from the y-axis corner to the washer that will clamp the main frame. But to be honest. the fastener were made to be lesser than 100mm, I think around 90mm. I attached pictures as well for your information. I removed the screws for the fastener and I got perpendicular status already after the xyz calibration.
