Motor Not Turning
Hi everyone,
I just built my i3 MK2. The self test and the XYZ calibration pass. Everything seems like it is in order except that the extruder motor does not turn.
To test the extruder motor, I went to settings\move axis and verified all the motors but the E motor moved.
To isolate the problem, I temporarily exchanged the X and E motor connections to the RAMBo. I then verified that the extruder motor moved while the X axis did not. I removed the RAMBo and looked for obvious signs such as poor solder joints and loose connectors. All seems in order.
What next steps do you recommend for addressing this problem?
