Leveling bed

Hello,

I have tried to level the heated bed. It seems the bolt will have a gap against the frame. Whenever I press the front bolt, the bolt at the back will make a gap or wobble. Is this because of glass or pcb?

Calibration using card to have a bit of bite between extruder and the card seems not perfect. The front corners and one of the back corner can't have the same 'bite'.

Re: Leveling bed

Hi and welcome to the forum

It sounds as though your frame is twisted. Can you please check to see if all 4 feet are touching the tabletop?

You will probably find that the opposite diagonal pair are high (opposite that is to the bed wobble diagonals).

If the feet are only slightly out, put something under one foot that is touching the table and push down quickly and firmly on the higher feet. If there is a big difference, then you may be better off undoing the nuts which attach to the frame and following the instructions in step 39 here: http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/2.+Y+axis/40?lang=en
