LCD screen problem

i really need your help. first switch on and this happens (video) .. i dont know what to do . all the cables seems alright

have you got the stripe on the ribbon cables next to pin 10 on the connectors, and connector 1 in the correct pair of connectors.
it sounds illogical because the stripe usually goes to pin1...
prusa i3 is not normal...

Hi !
This looks, that you press the x-Button (emergency-reset). Check if the rotary-knob doesn't touch it, check if the housing of the LCD doesn't touch it.

yeah double check wiring and then contact prusa via live chat. my lcd is shot, one day didnt want to read the sd
card. bought another card to test it out still doesnt work. contact them via chat first, then email them and keep
contacting them regarding the issue they should replace it if troubleshooting with them doesnt work. My lcd
also had an odd scrolling text effect that just was not right.
