LCD not working

I posted this already and was told I was in the wrong forum, so I’ll start over.

My LCD is not working. I’ve attached two photos showing the connection at the LCD and in the electrical box.

The only thing I haven’t tried yet is flipping the cables (connecting the end that is in the electrical box to the LCD).

My other thought now is to completely remove all the wiring and start over. I’m concerned about damage to the end connectors but I have to try something.

I’m thinking the the LCD display should work with nothing else connected except the power from the PSU. This way I can determine if the LCD is actually working.

Is there anything else I should try before I remove all the wiring and start over?

Thanks

Re: LCD not working

cable 1 and cable 2 should be identical.

so you could re-purpose cable 1 as 2 and cable2 as 1

this might move the fault to the sd card, if the cable is faulty.

good luck, Joan

LCD display is working. I think the end inside the electrical box was not fully engaged. Thanks for the support
