LCD not powering Up?
Hi i just recently finished building up my Kit.
all seems in order how ever my LCD is not powering up/Blank i checked the Troubleshooting VIDEO on the 1st post, everything seems to be in order on the board there's green light, however i only can hear beeping noises when i press the buttons on the LCD.
help please

Incorrect orientation of the ribbon cables.

yea, it's the usual prusa-ribbon-cable trap.

the kit should be shipped with a written warning note:
"beware of the orientation of the ribbon cables (check them twice with the pictures at the assembly manual), because we as prusa decided to reverse the common cable orientation, so that the red wire indicates pin#10 (instead of #1, as the rest of the world does)... because we are different".

yup noted the red line should be flipped and as u guys said should really state that in the building Manuel

The online guide has had a warning for as long as I can remember. I don't have a current printed manual to look at.
