Issues with printing OpenSCAD model, sliced using slic3r-prusa

Hello,

I'm trying to print a battery holder - an OpenSCAD model (2015.03) sliced in slic3r-prusa (1.34.0) on a Prusa I3 MK2 (3.0.10). I was able to print a single holder, but when I try with a grid i.e. 3x2 it fails.

Here's what it should look like:

…and here's the result I'm getting:

Does anyone know what may be causing it?

I think I solved the issue. I thought that it might be a software issue initially because I had some difficulties with slicing the STL model. I've noticed that there was a point on the Y axis, where I had to use slightly more force to push the heatbed back and forth. I took the belt off, made it a little bit tighter and it seems to print fine for now.
