Issue Loading Filament with MK1 Just Assembled
Hi All,
i finally found the time to assemble the MK1 my wife bought for me last year. Calibration was successful and I am trying to perform my first ever print. However, when i select 'Load Filament' in the LCD menu, i noticed the pulley is turning in the opposite direction as if it was unloading the filament. I've updated to the latest firmware and can't figure out how to fix this. Can anyone help? I chatted with tech support online yesterday and he suggested updating the firmware which i have already done. Please help!

One of two possibilities:
1. You have the connector for the extruder motor connected wrong way around on the RAMBo - the coloured wires should be in the same order as the other stepper cables
2. You have the wrong firmware loaded.
