Is it just the heatbreak that you have broken,

if so, you shouldn't need to buy a complete hot end.

just the heatbreak

hi, issue is that everything is jammed together, because i had a leaking probably due to the fact that the nozzle was not in contact with the rod. tried to screw the threaded rod and then..., i have probably damage the temp sensor and the heater is jammed in the block, i prefer to order a kit so iam sure everything is ok, i wonser wich one, 12v or 24v

MK2 is 12v. The Prusa shop sells it, but you can surely find the E3D v6full kit elsewhere if you prefer depending on where you are located.

That looks like the old version. You should consider the Block and Sock upgrade kit available from E3D or its vendors and or Amazon. It comes with a new thermistor (cartridge style, the new heat block and a silicon sock. You would just need a heat break in addition to get up and running while being upgraded at the same point. It's a nice kit, and the socks are fantastic for keeping the block clean and stabilizing the temperature.

A heat gun might help free everything up as well, and then you simply need a heat break.
