Re: I need assistance in making my kit square

Those inserts are fully bottomed with the screws fastened pretty tight in there, I don't thing there is anything to be done on that front nut insert some washers where the bed is too low but that would be a PITA and I would regret not buying a Chinese clone for a quaeter or less of the money and do the same amount of work to get it print-ready 🙁

Also stephanpark's comment about the badly warped bed are worrying and I am afraid I am pulling my hair out for facts that aren't my lack of experience/knowledge/ability to follow the instructions manual. These are my latest numbers, maybe you can plot a better view though, my Excel skills are rudimentary at best:

From what I see the left to right slant is quite obvious, left is higher than the right but the values aren't liniar like it would with a flat bed. Left column is quite close to zero and even the middle points are very close to each other, 0.2mm from front to back deviation could be caliper and measurement-driven (maybe) and they are quite liniar front to back, but the right column looks to also have a bow.

It also makes me crazy the fact that after I adjust the nuts at 100mm(ish) mark so that the bed grid is square with the ZPlate in one plane, I have to work on getting the ZPlate rotated slightly so that the bed is also parallel with the XRods and nozzle doesn't drag in some spots while being too far from the bed in other spots. This rotation is also adjusted from the same contact point of the YRods and the ZPlate. First tighten the nuts so you keep the ZPlate square with the BedGrid but not too tight so that you can work your way in getting one of the YRods slightly off the bottom of the slot. You can loose the fine adjustment that you have poreviously done.

Crazy.
